Upload Instructions

1. Go to the Health app on your iPhone.
2. Tap on the Browse tab at the bottom of the screen.
   
3. Then, tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
   
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Export All Health Data.
   
5. Follow the prompts to confirm exporting.
6. Once the exporting has been completed (this may take some time), you will be prompted to share a ZIP file. You can airdrop or email it to yourself to access on a computer.
7. Once accessed on your computer, download and save the export.zip file.

Unfortunately, rhythmo.me does not yet support the uploading of data from Garmin smartwatches.

If you are still interested in learning about your heart chronotype and participating in RiPL's research, please head to the GarminDB GitHub and follow its instructions.

1. Go to the Fitbit Settings page. You may be prompted to log in with your Fitbit or Google account.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Data Export.
4. Under CREATE A NEW EXPORT, there should be two steps.
   

   Step 1: Select data to include, select the Fitbit device(s) and click Next step.
   

   Step 2: Choose file type, frequency & destination, select Send download link via email as a ZIP file.

5. You will receive an email at the address associated with your Fitbit account. Open the email and confirm your data export request.
6. You will receive another email with a link to download your Fitbit account data.
7. Download and save the data file to your computer. If you have a Fitbit family account, you will see separate folders for each child account.

Unfortunately, rhythmo.me does not yet support the uploading of data from Samsung smartwatches.
